Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with your booking. By clicking "I Agree & Proceed", you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Packaging & Shipment Guidelines
  • All items must be properly packed to prevent damage during transit. CourierVia is not responsible for damage due to improper packaging.
  • Fragile items must be clearly marked and packed with adequate protection (bubble wrap, foam, etc.).
  • The declared weight and dimensions must be accurate. Discrepancies may result in additional charges.
  • Chargeable weight is calculated based on either actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
Prohibited Items
  • Dangerous goods including explosives, flammable materials, and corrosive substances are strictly prohibited.
  • Currency, precious metals, gemstones, and negotiable instruments cannot be shipped.
  • Illegal goods, drugs, and contraband items are not accepted under any circumstances.
  • Live animals, perishable food items, and plants may have restrictions based on destination country.
  • Items prohibited by the destination country's customs regulations will not be accepted.
Customs & Documentation
  • All international shipments are subject to customs clearance at the destination country.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and other charges at the destination are the responsibility of the recipient/sender.
  • Accurate and complete documentation (commercial invoice, packing list) is required for all shipments.
  • False declarations may result in shipment seizure, fines, or legal action.
Liability & Insurance
  • CourierVia's liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or as per carrier terms.
  • We recommend purchasing additional insurance for high-value items.
  • Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
  • CourierVia is not liable for delays due to customs, weather, or force majeure events.
Pickup & Delivery
  • Pickup will be attempted at the scheduled time. Please ensure someone is available at the pickup location.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed due to customs and other external factors.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, the carrier will attempt redelivery as per their standard process.
  • Address changes after pickup may incur additional charges.
Payment & Refunds
  • Payment is due at the time of booking or before pickup, as applicable.
  • Prices quoted are subject to change based on actual weight/dimensions measured by the carrier.
  • Refunds for cancelled shipments are processed as per our refund policy (minus any applicable charges).
  • GST and other applicable taxes are charged as per government regulations.
